• 1. All Sales Are Final
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any cosmetic products once they have been
• purchased. This policy applies to all purchases made in-store and online.
• 2. Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Products
• If an item is received defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
• Proof of purchase and photo evidence of the damage/defect are required. Approved
• defective/damaged items will be replaced with the same product (subject to availability). If replacement
• is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, including applicable sales tax.
• 3. Sales Tax Refunds
• In the event of a refund for defective/damaged products, Michigan law requires that we also refund the
• applicable sales tax.
• 4. Disclosure
• This No Return / No Refund Policy is posted clearly in-store and on our website so that customers are
• aware before making a purchase.
